About Light Behavioural Health

We work with families, educators, and professionals to not only reduce behaviours of concern, but to build skills that enhance wellbeing, connection, and quality of life – behaviours that help children communicate, learn, play, participate, and thrive.

Supporting a child’s development can sometimes feel like navigating a dark and cluttered room. It may feel confusing and overwhelming. But when the light is turned on, everything becomes clearer. The room has not changed and the obstacles may still be there. But now you can see the path ahead, there’s greater awareness, direction, and confidence.

At Light Behavioural Health, we aim to bring understanding and support to your journey, helping make sense of behaviour, fostering stronger relationships, and guiding your child to engage in life with safety, connection, and purpose. Our approach is grounded in evidence-informed, compassionate, and collaborative practices that honour each child’s individuality and family context.
