Clinical Supervision

Dawn is a board-approved supervisor for those pursuing a certification as a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) and Behaviour Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA). She is also an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner and has helped PBS practitioners navigate the NDIS PBS Capability Framework, self-assessment and endorsement processes.

As part of structured supervision, new skill sets on part of the supervisee may be developed and refined through the use of evidence-based supervisory practices, including goal setting, task clarification modeling of new skills, rehearsal, and performance feedback.

The supervisee can expect individualised, reliable, and gentle guidance and mentorship to shape effective and professional repertoires in providing quality care.

The mode of delivery is flexible to meet the demand for supervision.
